Filing leins on a house
Does anybody know how to file a lein on a house?

Not sure about other states, but in Delaware you file your lien at the Prothonatory's office at the county court building.
When I have done it, I am not a lawyer, I have a judgement from the court which is automatically accepted by the prothonatory. If you do not have a court judgement, the prothonotory will not accept the charge. The Great Ag |
